Beginning his career with the Times-News as a freelance photographer and quickly advancing to Chief Photographer, Drew has been an invaluable member of our newsroom — and a trusted mentor — for nearly 17 years. Drew is a master photojournalist whose work speaks for itself. He has earned countless awards over the years, a testament to both his technical skill and his instinct for storytelling through images. During my many years as a reporter, I had the privilege of watching Drew work his magic firsthand. With charm and professionalism, he captures the true character of his subjects and brings our stories to life.
